Q. How can I make reservations?
A. If you wish to travel with our vessels, you can purchase your ticket:

from any of the more than 70 travel agencies which are associated with PHUKET HYDROFOIL all over Phuket
Through our companys call center with the use of your credit card, just by calling 076
By visiting our web page: www.phukethydrofoil.com
By visiting our offices in Phuket City at or at the departing pier at Phuket Port Ao Makham

Q: How can I receive my tickets?

A: If you have purchased your ticket through our companys call center or through our website, you can receive your tickets in the following ways:

Visit our company ticket booking offices in Ao Makhams Phuket Port at least 45 minutes prior to departure.
Visit our central offices in Phuket City
From any of our agents in Phuket.
We can also send your tickets via courier, free of charge, to any area located in Phuket (under the condition that the ticket value must be over 6000 thb and the reservation must have been made at least 4 days prior to the departure date).

Q: There is a change of plan. What will happen to our tickets?
A:
In case that you have decided to cancel your trip then you should take into account the following:


Tickets cancellation
Up to 14 days before departure date: 100% refund on tickets value.
Up to 24 hours before departure date: 50% refund on tickets value.
Cancellations made in less than 24 hours before departure are not entitled to a refund.

Alternatively:
There is a choice of changing the tickets into Open Dated tickets in order for them to be used for another trip.
The Open Date tickets are replaced by a new ticket, of the same or bigger value, by paying the difference, upon availability for the same or different trip. For this new ticket all the above cancellation terms are not valid and any difference in price is not refunded. Please not that the new ticket cannot be issued with any discount if the initial ticket did not have a discount and vehicle tickets can be replaced by passenger tickets and vice versa.
Open tickets (may be replaced) are valid until the end of the year that the initial ticket had been issued for.

Q: Why is the vessel not departing?
A:
PHUKET HYDROFOIL is not responsible for any delays, changes or cancellation of itineraries which may have been caused due to bad weather or orders coming from the Ministry of Mercantile Marine. Safety is our top priority.

Q: Are my personal valuable belongings safe on board?
A:
We suggest you to register your money, valuables and the other valuable items to the vessel's Purser Office for their safekeeping. The company is not responsible for the damage or the loss of luggage and your personal items as long as you have undertaken the sole responsibility of their safekeeping.
